SmartBrake installation requires fitting of the following components:
- SmartBrake control box
- SmartBrake
control keypad
- Seat contact switch
- Electro-pneumatic SmartBrake air valve
- Brake line pressure sensor switch
- Speed
sensor (if required)
- Door
sensor
WIRING:
Sensor wires are connected to the SmartBrake control box via plug-in
wiring loom.
Sensor wiring is as follows:
- Permanent battery via
1 amp in-line fuse
- Seat contact
sensor
- Door
switch sensor (drivers side door)
- Brake pressure switch,
low air switch
- Speed sensor
- Brake valve operation
wires, release & activate
- Battery negative-chassis earth

Keypad wire connector
-
External alarm/siren if required
